Quotes that went quiet.
Someone got a price in the last few months and never said yes.
San Diego plumbing shops · Founding launch
I review your quotes and past jobs to find 25 customers worth another conversation. Each comes with the reason, the source, and two draft texts. You review and send.
25 ranked customers · Two draft texts each · $995 once
A personal review of your existing records. No monthly fee. No customer sending by Orofind.
Someone got a price in the last few months and never said yes.
The notes say "after payday" or "after the remodel," and that time has passed.
Repeated visits for the same issue may deserve a conversation. Your plumber decides whether an assessment is appropriate.
Age plus a recent repair can flag a record for your plumber to review. It does not establish a need to replace it.
We look at a small redacted sample together. We confirm fit, useful fields, export format, and scope before you pay. Keep your existing software.
I look for people who got a quote and never said yes, people who asked you to call back later, houses with the same problem over and over, and old water heaters that just needed a repair. Then I document the reason, rank the list, and write two individual drafts for each customer. Missing or uncertain contact evidence stays on hold.
Confirm the facts and contact eligibility, then send from your own phone. Track the outcome before considering the second draft. I never contact your customers.
Your first 5 candidates within 3 business days. Your full 25-customer list within a week. A results call at two weeks. We agree calendar dates before payment; delivery starts after payment and complete, usable intake. Candidates are records to review, not promised new customers or booked jobs.

See how four different signals become individual recommendations. All examples are fictional. No sends, replies, bookings, or revenue are represented.
$9,400 quote six weeks ago. Asked about driveway disruption. No answer or later decision recorded.
A specific unanswered question gives the shop something useful to reopen.
Confirm no later answer or completed job; review current contact permission and opt-outs. The plumber confirms technical details.
Hi Maria, it’s Mike at Example Plumbing. You asked about driveway disruption on the sewer job. Would you like our plumber to walk you through the options? Reply STOP to opt out.
Hi Maria, Mike at Example Plumbing. Is the sewer project still on your list, or should I close out the quote for now? Reply STOP to opt out.
Review the first outcome, current permission, timing, and recent contact before using this draft. A reply, booking, decline, or opt-out stops it until reviewed. No automatic sequence.
Every real entry includes a source reference, recorded context, review priority, required checks, two drafts, and an outcome field. Held records do not count toward the 25.
Download The Oro Report sample (PDF) ↓Do-not-contact records, uncertain permission, duplicates, completed or declined quotes, and unsupported technical recommendations. One customer counts once. A second record or draft does not pad the 25.
25 distinct customers, ranked best first. The source, the reason, two individual drafts, and a simple outcome tracker for each.
25 worth contacting—or your money back. If I can’t deliver 25 supported recommendations that meet our agreed review criteria, I refund the full $995. No filler. No held records counted.
Founding price for the first 3 San Diego shops. Availability confirmed personally.
Before you buy, we'll look at 10 of your records together so you can see what I'd find.
You are buying the review, list, and drafts. Jobs and revenue are not guaranteed.
Start with 10 records, freeScope. One shop, one agreed export of quotes and past jobs. Record count, date range, format, notes and joins are agreed in writing before payment. Scans, multiple systems or ongoing work need separate scope.
Delivery. 25 distinct customer recommendations, source references, reasons, required checks, two drafts each, a tracker and a two-week results call. First five within three business days and full delivery within a week of the agreed start after payment and complete intake. No recurring fee, integration or customer sending.
Review criteria. A supported reason to reconnect, no known completed or declined project conflict, and no unresolved contact-permission or suppression issue. Owner and technician confirmation where needed. Relationship age alone does not qualify a record. Held records do not count.
Payment and refund. $995 once after written scope and criteria are agreed. If I cannot deliver 25 qualifying recommendations from the scoped records, I refund the full $995, initiating it within five business days after confirming the shortfall. No sending requirement and no guarantee of jobs, replies or revenue.
Owner review. You approve current facts, contact eligibility, timing and technical claims before either draft is used. Record outcomes and opt-outs. A draft or copied text is not a send, a reply is not a booking, and a booking is not collected revenue.
Data. Agree private transfer, allowed tools, access and retention before intake. No passwords or payment details. I never sell the list or contact customers. Working copies are deleted within 30 days after completion; preview copies within seven days if you do not proceed. You keep the deliverables. Minimal invoice and agreement records may be retained separately.

I’m Franz, a San Diego–based sales professional with a decade of experience generating over $10 million in revenue across industries and markets. My work centers on identifying opportunities, understanding customer needs, and following up on conversations that went quiet.
Orofind applies that experience to your quotes and past jobs. I look for unanswered questions, requested callbacks, and overlooked details that give you a useful reason to reconnect—then explain why each customer made the list and draft what to say.
I personally review every recommendation. You approve the list and keep control of your customer relationships.
It works best if you quote a lot of bigger jobs, like repipes, sewer lines, and water heaters. If you mostly do quick emergency calls, it's probably not for you.
Jobber and Housecall Pro already offer follow-up automation. Orofind is a personal review across quotes and past jobs: unresolved questions, requested callbacks, repeat issues, and recent equipment trouble. If your existing process handles those well, you may not need me. The free review helps us decide.
A record needs a supported reason to reconnect and current evidence supporting contact. A recent inquiry, past purchase, or manual send is not a blanket permission slip. We review permission, suppressions, contact history and recipient-local timing. Uncertain records stay on hold; opt-outs stay excluded. No legal certification or live registry screening is included.
Not always. Basic reports may omit notes, messages, equipment details or suppressions. We inspect the actual fields before agreeing the project. CSV, XLSX or a readable spreadsheet is the starting point. No direct CRM connection is promised.
No. It flags a record for the shop’s qualified plumber to review. Orofind does not diagnose faults or prescribe inspections, repairs or replacements.
No, and nobody honest can. You're paying for the list and the texts. Whether someone hires you is up to them.
We agree a private transfer channel, allowed tools and access before intake. Share only necessary records, not passwords or payment details. Working copies are deleted within 30 days after completion; unused preview copies within seven days. You keep the deliverables. See the project terms.
